Refund policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Please notify us within 14 days that you would like to return an item, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, uncut and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and delivery charges. We recommend using a tracked service for your return. If the item is damaged or faulty, or we have sent the wrong product then we will reimburse the return costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
