Shipping policy

Orders for in stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimated as 2-3 working days for Tracked 48 and 1-2 working days for Tracked 24. Please note these are estimates only and delays can occur with all delivery companies. Royal Mail will not consider your parcel lost until 10 working days after the estimated delivery due date. If your order has not arrived after this time please contact us. You can also check with your local delivery office to see if they are holding your parcel for you.

Please ensure you have added the correct delivery address when you place your order, we will not be responsible for parcels shipped to incorrect addresses.

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight. We use Royal Mail for delivery to UK destinations. Occasionally, we may use a courier service for larger orders.

Small Parcel - Tracked 48 up to 2kg - £3.80

Medium Parcel - Tracked 48 - Over 2kg - £7.50

Delivery upgrades are available at checkout for Tracked 24.
