Schmetz machine needles are high quality needles suitable for virtually all domestic sewing machines.

Universal Needles - suitable for a wide range of fabrics with a slightly rounded point.

Jersey Needles - suitable for knitted fabrics with a medium ball point, which displaces the loops and prevents material damage. The needle size should be adapted to the material.

Stretch Needles - suitable for elastic or highly elastic knitted fabrics such as swimwear, fine jersey or velour cloth. It has a medium ball point. The shank is flatter than on other needles with the same diameter, which means that the needle is closer to the hooks. This special design helps to avoid skipped stitches.

Stretch Twin Needles - suitable for hemming knitted fabrics to create stretchy seams and giving a more professional finish. It has a medium ball point.
